Tom comes to Touchstone after 15+ years as the culinary manager at Fallingwater and 2 years as a private consultant for numerous kitchens. 2024 will be his first season as Culinary Director for Touchstone. Tom will be handling catering of special events being held on campus as well as providing three meals a day for our program participants. Touchstone is thrilled to have him on board!
