Concreation: Exploring Jewelry Making with Concrete w/ Michael Nashef

All Levels* $135-$185 Materials and Studio Fees**

In this workshop, you will be introduced to and acquainted with alternative materials in jewelry and small object making, focusing on using concrete/cement in conjunction with using color dyes to create colorful pieces. You will explore these materials using traditional and advanced mold-making techniques, plus mold-making and problem-solving using 3D printed materials will be implemented and used to help create unique designs.

*There is no need for any skill in this workshop; advanced or intermediate participants alike will explore and create with new materials.

**Materials and studio fees are charged to students based on studio usage and materials Touchstone is providing at the request of the instructor. Additionally, some instructors may also require that you bring certain materials and tools with you, in which case a list will be provided. Final cost of these fees will be posted at least two weeks ahead of the workshop to be paid in full prior to check-in.

Regardless of the outcome of the class, running or not, Touchstone is not responsible for the reimbursement of any materials bought for a workshop.

  2. Sketchbook, pens pencils, misc coloring supplies, ruler
  3. Safety glasses
  4. Apron (Optional)
