Elemental Meditation & Sound Bath

Nature-based meditations have been proven to have a variety of mental and physical health benefits; from lowering stress and reducing the production of cortisol to lowering blood pressure, from increasing focus and cognitive functions to increasing self-esteem, among others.
Robert Hensley Nature Reconnect is hosting an Elemental Meditation & Sound Bath on the picturesque campus of Touchstone Center for Crafts in Farmington, PA on Wednesday, June 25 at 7:00PM.
Robert Hensley, a certified meditation leader and sound therapist, utilizes recorded nature sounds along with live instruments to provide a multi-media soundscape for a guided, elemental meditation to relax, center, and re-energize, while also nurturing a connection with Nature. During this hour-long program, participants are encouraged to practice basic breathwork and visualization. The fee for this program is $15. Cash only – accepted on the day of the event.
