This Friday, July 25, at 2 pm, the InterPlay troupe The Wing and a Prayer Pittsburgh Players will offer a creative response to the exhibition through storytelling, movement, and music. The company is directed by Sheila K. Collins, author of The Art of Grieving: How Art and Artmaking Help Us Grieve and Live Our Best Lives.The program is free and open to the public.
Takes place in the Great Room in Blaney Lodge on Touchstone’s Main Campus, 1049 Wharton Furnace Road, Farmington, PA 15437.
This powerful exhibition of works in glass by Geoffrey Bowton, remains on view for just a few more days in the Bea Campbell Gallery at Touchstone. Bowton’s work draws on his military service and Middle East deployment to explore themes of war, PTSD, and mental wellness.
