Kade, from Livingston, MT, received a BA in Studio Art from St. Olaf College and completed a two-year post-baccalaureate in Ceramics at Indiana University Southeast. An interdisciplinary artist working primarily in clay, Kade creates atmospheric-fired sculptural forms and vessels inspired by geological weathering, incorporating found materials. At Touchstone, he hopes to expand a ceramics network and push work in new directions.
