Studio Spaces

Accessibility
Touchstone’s rural 230-acre campus is minimally developed with most buildings located in a central area. While most participants may not have trouble navigating campus, some might find difficulty in getting around. A typical walk across campus takes anywhere from just a few minutes to about 15 minutes depending on where you are coming from and going to. There are designated parking spaces for handicapped/accessible parking; however, some of these spots still require short walks to facilities. Also, some studios require walking up/down sloped ramps or hills for entry, and a few have stairs. Keep in mind that our campus has gravel walkways and roads, grassy (and sometimes soggy when raining) areas, slopes and uneven terrain.
Touchstone welcomes working service animals; pets or therapy/companion animals are not permitted on campus.
For those interested in housing, accessibility requests are accepted for those who may need special accommodation such as ground-level housing and/or walk-in showers. Most of our cabins require using one to three steps on stairs for entry and currently only one cabin has a ramp. Our residence halls have entrances with no stairs to limited stairs on the ground-level; second floor rooms require using flights of stairs for entrance.
Please contact the office if you have questions about accessibility or to schedule a site visit.
