2026 Workshops

Workshops are offered from June through September.

Touchstone workshops offer a range of creative experiences for all skill levels, from beginners to advanced makers. Explore 5-day and weekend workshops, community classes, and kids’ programming, or try something new with a date night. Discover hands-on learning in blacksmithing, ceramics, metals & jewelry, and other special topics, all taught by expert instructors in a supportive studio environment.

Scholarships

Touchstone scholarships provide opportunities for many deserving individuals—of all skill levels, ages, and backgrounds—to attend workshops each year. Applications accepted January through March 16.

Veterans Scholarships

Touchstone offers scholarships throughout the season for veterans, as well as their family members and caregivers, to attend any adult-level workshop. Veteran’s scholarships are awarded on an ongoing basis. Apply Today.

Register in advance to guarantee your participation in a workshop.

Workshop enrollment is first-come, first-served, and many fill quickly with waitlists months in advance. Register as early as possible to secure your spot and allow time for planning and materials. Workshops are confirmed or canceled 3 weeks in advance, based primarily on participant registration.

  • All workshop participants must be at least 18 years of age, unless otherwise noted.
  • A processing fee of $25 will be added to 2-5 day onsite workshops and community wood firings. 
  • Materials and studio fees are separate from tuition fees and are to be paid in full once finalized (typically two weeks prior to the workshop).

The workshop title, description, and promotional images are provided by the instructor with permission in order to promote their workshop. The images shown are inspirational examples, intended to highlight the instructor’s personal techniques and artistic approach—not a representation of everything that will be taught or created during the workshop.
