Thaddeus Mosley's Studio Soirée

in honor of Touchstone's 50th Anniversary


You're invited for a rare glimpse into the working studio and creative mind of renowned artist, Thaddeus Mosley. Tour the studio and listen to Thaddeus discuss his life, his work, and his special connection to Touchstone Center for Crafts.

Advance purchase required. Capacity is limited to 50 attendees.

Hosted by Scott W. Perkins, Fallingwater’s senior director of preservation and collections. Participating artists: Nick Ireys, Jo Campbell-Amsler, Yoko Sekino-Bové, Robin Menard, Glenn Horr, and Kevin Crowe.

Fallingwater Webinar


An engaging roundtable discussion as participating artists discuss how Fallingwater served as a source of inspiration for their new works on display in Fallingwater’s Speyer Gallery until Dec. 31, 2022. Working in a diverse range of media, these artists are longtime instructors at Touchstone and reflect the center’s commitment to beauty, good design, technical skill, and innovative expression.

Touchstone Center for Crafts 50th Anniversary Celebration at Frank Lloyd Wright's iconic Fallingwater, Mill Run, PA


Sunday, October 9, 2022  •  3:30PM until 7:00PM

Stroll the grounds and house, enjoy cocktails, music, and seasonal buffet stations.

Visit Touchstone's special exhibition, 'Touchstone: A Half-Century of Craft.'

Work from the exhibition along with additional pieces will be on auction until December 31, 2022.

Touchstone's Executive Director, Lindsay Ketterer Gates and Frederick Bonci of LaQuatra Bonci Assoc. will present 'Touchstone's Vision for the Future.'

Individual donations of $2,500 or more to the 50th Anniversary campaign will receive tickets to the Anniversary Gala. Remaining individual tickets will be available for purchase. Please check back for information. 

This is the absolute best day of the year to tour our campus!

We’re excited to welcome the community once again to our 150-acre campus and our biggest celebration of the year! Admission is free, and the studios, galleries, and campus green will be open for exploration and creative experiences. In addition to the always popular artist demonstrations, gallery exhibitions, resource room, and hands-on activities are live music, fabulous food trucks, artist pop-up shops, and more! Join us – bring a friend or ten – and help us celebrate!

Campus Cleanup and Volunteer Day

Saturday, June 4 | 10am-2pm


Touchstone needs a hand getting campus ready for the workshop season ahead! Come help us with some general yardwork tasks such as weeding garden beds, raking leaves, and picking up sticks throughout the campus. Touchstone will provide coffee and treats from 9:30-10:00 am and a pizza lunch for all volunteers! We hope to see you on campus!

Get outside and paint! Join artists from Touchstone at Christian W. Klay Winery in Chalkhill, PA during the Annual National Road Festival.
