Plein Air* Painting along the Historic National Road

Get outside and paint! Join artists from Touchstone at Christian W. Klay Winery in Chalkhill, PA during the Annual National Road Festival.
Artists of all skill levels are invited to participate.
Cost is $25 Adult participant | $10 Under 18 participant | Free to observe

Be inspired through direct observation of this beautiful location along the Historic National Road. Bring your own supplies and paint, draw, or photograph alongside beginner and seasoned artisans. Enjoy demonstrations with tips for painting outdoors. Following the event, have your work photographed for judging and a chance to win prizes.

William Pfahl
William Daniel Pfahl is a Plein Air Painter, working in oil and pastel. Based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, he is best known for his cityscapes and landscapes of surrounding areas. A resident of Western Pennsylvania, Rita K. Haldeman has been painting since childhood.
